Recommended source for the v505

I have had a great experience with Bluetooth and the v505. At wirefly.com it is $100 with car charger and belt clip with two $50 rebates - one with a 2 year contract with at&t and 1 for paying a bill for 4 months (loyalty reward or something).
Makes the $175 I have to pay to verizon easier to swallow....
The same phone with the same accessories was about $300 at at&t with only $50 in rebates ....
They also have the Razr for $500 - ouch.
