With a Razr V3i, I got it to pair, but I cannot pull up the address book. Am I missing something? Thank You

My Ride: 2005 525i Titanium Silver Metalic and 2003 325xi Jet Black with the Premium Package in both cars.
My RAZR v3 had no problem also transferring the address book, I have about 105 entries and it did take some time to complete it.

Hello All,
I bought a new 2007 530Xi with nav and BT on Dec 02nd. I paired my original Cingular Razr V3 and everything worked fine. About 2 days ago - I upgraded my old phone to the new V3r Red RAZR. For the first 20mins the BT worked great - address book loaded and everything. But then after that the Bluetooth would connect and then disconnect 30sec later then reconnect and then disconnect. So I thought maybe the phone was broken - so I went to the cingular store and got a replacement phone - this also had the same issue. Cingular says that it is the BMWs out of date firmware causing the prblem. As of now I returned the new phone and am back to using the old phone. Has anyone had a similar issue? Also how do I check the firmware on the car and what is the latest firmware available? Thanks.

I haven't had any issues with recent Motorola Phones on my '07 530i but I haven't tried the V3r. I would think that it's almost the same phone as the other V3's so I would suspect some FUD from the Cingular rep. You might check what version of the software the V3r had as well.
