Hi Everyone;
I have a Pro phone problem with my euro spec 03 E60 530i.
As u know pro phone has a sim card reader on eject box and handset connects via BT to TCU.
After a service check when i select comunication in idrive menu it says Insert SIM .But Sim is inserted.I tried some other
sim cards but it did not work.
When i try to dial a number with voice system it says "The Phone is switched off would u like to switch it on?"I say Yes.
It answers "Phone is switched on" But when i try to dial again the answer is same.
I went to the service and they told me the problem can be with the sim card reader in eject box.
Now i want to learn if it could be or another problem with TCU is possible.There is no error when we check diagnosis.
Can it be a update fail because the service told me they updated some issues.
And i noticed a weird noise while listening music, like (Dii diiit) warn signal.(Not pdc signal or hour announcement signal)I hear the signal every 5-10 minutes while listening music.
Anyone can help me?
Thanks.
