I have an AT&T Tilt and it works flawlessly as well. Great phone also.

I can say first-hand that BlackBerrys work flawlessly -- don't know about the iPhones but I'm sure you'll hear from others here...

I use Outlook quite a bit and understand the Blackberry does not sync with Outlook though. Is this correct?

I don't use Outlook but I think the BB clearly does sync with Outlook. (I might be mistaken but I think it's the iPhone that doesn't play as well with Outlook...)

I use BB Enterprise Server at the office and the wife used BB Internet service for hers at home. Both worked flawlessly w/ Outlook. I'll have to enquire with her when she gets home as she just got an iPhone but judging from the contacts it loaded when I set up her iPhone for the Bluetooth in her X5, she got it working with Outlook as well. Have not registered any obvious complaints on that front yet...
Edit: Both BB's were AT&T, mine is the Curve and hers was an 8800, I want to say. Will have to confirm that as well...

I'm sure some people will disagree with me but I think you should choose the BlackBerry if you use the device in a business environment. The iPhone was released as a consumer (not business) device but surely Apple will go after business users with the next version/iteration...
