Pairing Razr messed up

I recently replaced my Motorola V710 with a Razr V3c. The V710 worked great in the car, never had any issues. I paired the Razr and it seemed to work well for a day. The following day, the car didn't see the phone, although it was listed on both the car's and the phone's menus. So I deleted the Razr on the car and now I can't get them to pair again! The phone recognizes the car, but I can't seem to get the car to recognize the phone at all.

Any have this problem? If so, what was the solution? I gues the dealer might be able to help, but the internet is more convenient right now.

You may wish to also delete the car from the phone's history. I have a V-3, but Cingular version and the menus are somewhat different. Once you delete the car from the phone's history, then you can follow the pairing procedure and this should solve your problem.
