Pairing 2 phones

Trying to pair wife's phone on the same car, thought I run it by all the experts here b4 I try it.
Questions are....
Will it works?
Does it give you to a choice to select one?
What if both phones present in the car? which phone address book will be shown?
What if both phone present and ring at the same time, which one would be picked up?
Have tried search, but no result. Hopefully someone had tried it can provide some info. thks!

My Ride: 2005 545i, Non-Sport. Nav, Logic7
Just bought an 05 545i and I love it. It really is the wife's car, but I get to drive it occasionally. My wife currently has a Treo 680p and we connected it without a problem, however, I have a Treo 650p and can't seem to sync it up. Anyone got any ideas?
