My Ride: Present--'04 545i- Premium, Sport and Comfort Seat Packages; Aux Input Cable, Staggered RFT Tires, 65K miles as of 04/10, 6-Speed Manual, Active Headlights, L7 Audio, Auto Sunshades
Past--(FIRST CAR EVER OWNED)--1981 318i Euro Specs
I just got my bluetooth upgrade for my 2004 545i. It lets me pair my phone, it lets me call and basically does everything its supposed to do. Problem is, no one can hear me when I call them.......I can hear them, the car "rings" when someone is calling me, but my voice is not going through. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

My Ride: 2006 Titanium Silver 550i, with all the bells and whistles!!
check the settings on your phone, make sure it is not trying to use the microphone on the phone. not sure if this is it or not, but worth a try....

I had the same problem with the bluetooth in my old E46. If I used my 2G iPhone I could hear calls, but they couldn't hear me... I tried with a friends Blackberry and Nokia something-or-other and it worked fine.
So, it could be your phone. Try it with a different handset and see if the result is the same.
