My Motorola 2006 Razr V3 cell was paired to my BMW idrive a couple of years ago by my local AT&T Store, and it has been working great with my idrive, but of course my old Razr V3 has seen its better days, and now its time to upgrade at AT&T for FREE, but only after signing a two year contract. (which suxs, but hey I like the AT&T service and coverage, and at least the new cell is free, and I do need a new one, because my V3 is now locking up with my Bluetooth, after 3 back to back dials, while being paired to my new Garmin nuvi 7 series GPS system on my girlfriends non BMW).
But I am just wondering will my new Motorola Cell phone, i.e. the new Motorola Razr 9, paired with my 2006 TCU software on my 2004 work Ok, or will not pair like the old Razr V3 did to my 06 TCU, and will I have to pay a visit my local "One Arm Bandit!" BMW dealer, (LOL) and pay my local BMW dealer their high hourly rates $$$ to pair it to my 2004 BMW 2006 TCU system, or can I or AT&T store still do it with the new Motorola Razr 9's, or maybe a new cell by a new cell phone manufacturer other than Motorola, i.e. Samsung or which ones do you guys like that work well with our BMW idrives?
Thanks in Advance forum!!
Sincerely,
Eddie aka Presley348

Is this the phone you have (or at least close to the one you have?)

If so, the phone is listed on BMW's compatibilty site under Verizon but it's likely that the AT&T version will also work...
