Hi Guys,
A couple months ago I've upgrade my MASK radio to CCC navi in my e60 07/2004 (coded each module and added SA609 to FA). After that I've strange problems with MULF module, my iphone 4 is pairing with the MULF normally, and doesn't want to show phone book. But when I'm typing manually the number of my wife (or any different which is in saved in my iphone phone book) her name is displaying in recent calls, and top 8... And when somebody is calling to me I don't see his name.
Next problem is voice recognition on the steering wheel. After pushing this button, nothing happens... And my question is do I have to buy FSC code to unlock this option, even if I have voice recognition in MULF module? Or maybe CCC and MULF work separately ? I thought that FSC code is only for SA620 option, not SA644 (MULF), but maybe I was wrong.
I would like to add that, before this upgrade everything worked correct.

IMO, FSC codes are essentially needed for the steering wheel voice input. The MULF only processes the voice.
Your bluetooth issue might be software/coding related since I was in the same boat as you and my MASK->CCC and MASK->CIC upgrades have essentially worked out of the box except for voice input. Bluetooth works just like it used to in the MASK.

the address book is known to be a little flaky if you have special characters stored in any contact's name, but I would check the coding on the MULF first. After that I'd check the .trc file for the CCC and the MULF and seek out any address book related entries to make sure they match someone else's.

if that is the DVD that was distributed to the dealers, that only contains FSC codes for US cars that came with the CCC from the factory, so if you retrofitted it won't be on there. I had to jump through many, many hoops to get my FSC code from the parts counter.

I've coded using empty FSW_PSW.MAN file each module of my car, after retrofit. So it's not the issue. Also here is my setup:
CAPPL:
ADRBOOK
aktiv
PHONE_VERSION
no_phone
SVS_MICROPHONE_PATH (im not sure, maybe I should set "most" - will try today)
analog
TELEFON_TYPE_C08
mulf_phone
MULF:
HARDWARE
hw_ccc
But I think the issue is software version of my CCC. Because I'm almost sure that it was updated in the past ( CCC is from 02/2005 and has silver menu instead brown, and MP3 is working ) . My car is from 09/2004 and never has been updated . So maybe there is some software conflict. I will try update MULF module using WINKFP. But could someone tell me is it possible programming this module using OBD interface, and how long it will take ?

I've try find my VIN on this CD, but with no luck. My car is from Polish dealer (I'm live in Poland), but as 545felix wrote, this CD's contains only codes for cars with CCC from factory. Even original manual of retrofitting the SA609 says that I was needed FSC codes from dealer, which is not a part of the CCC retrofit kit. But maybe exist some generator of this number ?

Try asking your dealer. For newer cars, dealers sometimes can provide these codes for a price. I need one for a retrofit I did also . am living without voice recognition.
