Thumbs up

Everyone:
I know BMW lists some LG phones (Verizon) on their website, but this is a newer phone and not listed, anyone have any experience with the LG Versa and their vehicle?

My '05 545i is getting a new computer as I write this, does this have any effect or difference on BT compatibility?

Thanks everyone!

The TCU is a separate module - but the Versa is too new for BMW to have certified it. That said, the major company BT phones will probably work for you. I too was looking at that LG phone but if I go for a smart phone when my NE2 plan flips I may go with the Dare.

MY NE2 is up. the verizon rep claims the Versa is a "hopped up" dare. and a little smaller I might add.
Thanks for the quick response.

Had my LG Versa now for 3 days now. And everything works fine on my 550 Sport. By the way the LG Dare is nice as well. I had my dare since the first time it came out. And now im using it as a back up.
