Issue with iDrive Contacts Mic and Traffic info
 

I have not changed anything on my car, E60 530 2006 facelift, but it crashed a few times with the idrive rebooting while i was driving
Now when i go to phone it just hand on the Please Wait screen and doesnt connect, but my phone thinks its connected and if i dial from the phone i can hear the recipient but they cannot hear me and the screen stays on Please Wait

Also the traffic info has disappeared

Please help I have no idea what to do next and its driving me crazy
