My wife's iPhone 4 does connect to the idrive Bluetooth, but my iPhone 4 will not connect. I keep getting an error message on my phone. My phone does connect to other devices. What is the best way to resolve this problem. Are there any service messages regarding this problem???

Delete all pairings in the car and try again, it should fix the problem!

When I bought my E61, there was numerous phones stored in the memory.

I've now managed to pair both my wife's iphone 4 and my 4s to the car. Echo the above - delete old pairings and start again!

Forgot to add, mine's a 57' LCi version but cant imagine that would make any difference to the bluetooth kit installed!

you have to check the bluetooth settings of your cell phone. then check the connected device list ...this will show that to how many devices your cell was connected. remove all the device descriptions and then check that is your bluetooth is discoverable for all devices. make it yes and then your cell will b connected hopefully
