iPhone 3G S has the exact same body as 3G?

I'm going to upgrade my iPhone 2G to a 3G S this week and want to know 3G and 3G S have the exact same body because I need a snap in adapter. Tech Specs from apple.com says they have the same H x W x D However I heard they have slightly different body from youtube.

3g --> 3gs = Same Body
