I am not a techno geek, but I think this phone is very cool, just wondering how many will buy one and what features seal the deal for you?

The memory size bothers me a little. I know 4 or 8gb is good and may be adequate for most but I've already used up 30gb of my 60gb iPod and I've still not got all my albums on there.

Once they bring out a 60gb, 80gb or even 100gb version I'm getting one in a flash!

Looks like........No! and No here too.

Find it a bit weird really when even a basic mobile gets an SD/MS slot nowadays.

Keep in mind that this is a rev. A model from Apple. Despite this I plan on getting one or two if the new ads (sans two year contract text) are an indication of at&t's change in heart about locking the users to a two year plan for a non-subsidized phone.

Future models will likely have more features such as more memory and 3G support. However, for someone who wants a phone that can surf web pages, work as a phone, slim and offers real email capabilities. I never liked the Windows mobile phones although the Q came close and the BlackBerry's UI just seems to 90's and I used one but never really liked it. My current phone is a RAZR but I text message quite a bit and really miss a QWERTY keyboard.

More details on the iPhone is out. It appears there are some key features missing on this phone that could be a deal breaker for some.

http://www.macrumors.com/2007/06/08/iphone...ining-workbook/

Two main omissions are...

- iPhone users will not be able to conduct IM conversations with instant messaging users
- Does not support MMS messaging for photos or videos

Keep in mind that you can SMS an AIM user and an AIM user can SMS anyone cell phone (send an IM to +1 and the phone number with area code) and send photos and video via email so there is a work around but still.
