Rami,

Not being funny, but, best place is the Manual if it came with your car. Have attatched a page from it that a member has uploaded before. This may be of some use:

http://www.bmwtransact.com/bluetooth/how_it_works.htm

Essentially you want to pair from the Communication interface/Phone sub-menu under your iDrive's Settings menu.

here is maybe a solution.
Buy a cradle at Brodit.com (an acive one-means with possiblility to power it).

here is what you need to do to let it function (after pairing):
- stop the bluetooth before starting the car
- start the car
- wait until the i-drive is fully loaded (screen)
- start bluetooth
- after somewhile you will have a connection

remarks:
Simcard will not be copied
you can dial from the device and BMW will make the connection
or you can dial the number via the idrive system
