im really getting bored with the i names a company as creative as apple should be able to find better a name than iphone.... every thing now a days is an i, iPod, iBook, iMate, iDog, iRobot, come on use your brain and think of something original... im sure we will even see an iToilet one day... at least the iDrive was named back in 2001 with the 7er, time for something new...

It is only suggesting that Cisco didn't necessarily take the steps it should have to protect it. That does not give Apple any additional rights as Apple was very well aware of Cisco's ownership of the TM.
