I recently bought a 2nd hand 535d. The advert didn't mention bluetooth but when looking at the car I found a Nokia cradle in the arm rest and mention of bluetooth in the IDrive menu.
The bluetooth option won't enable / tick in the IDrive menu. Similarly the phone in the cradle doesn't work either (I bought a cheapie from Ebay to try out)
Originally the GPS (business) didn't work either but looking at the antenna under the shark fin I noticed one of the connections was loose, re-connected and now it's working.
I know the antenna on the roof has been replaced at some time (told by previous owner). There are 3 connections on the antenna with the left-most and right-most (GPS) connected to cables. The middle connection looks like it's just a mould with no actual connection inside of it.

Any help / pointers would be really appreciated.
