Ds cingular V551/V600 phone fit Veriz V710 cradle

After spending a buddle for the V710 Bluetooth phone and spending almost $300 for the V710 cradle and installation in my 2005 545i my company is switching carriers from Verizon to Cingular. (They got a much better deal)
Will the Cingular V551 or V600 bluetooth phones FIT the Verizon Motorola V710 CRADLE? I sure hope so.
In addition how good are these phones? The V710 has been a great phone. Will miss it.
