Thumbs down

My blue tooth was working wonderfully, until change my cell phone and trying to pair it to my system with no no success and I wondered if it I stopped taking my passcode 0000 or 1111 because I stopped paying BMW 200.00 for my BMW assist program last month.

Anyway is this the price we BMW owners must pay to have our cells work on BMW Blue tooth hands free system? any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!!

I've never been charged for my assist by BMW. You just pay for the install of the bluetooth option not for the use of it. Go on BMWNA's website to see if your phone is compatible with bmw's bluetooth system.. I know some phones are not especially if they are older phones.

Usually you get 30 days to return a phone. Exchange your phone for one that's compatible with BMW bluetooth. There's a list on the BMW website, but many others will also work.

There is no connection (pun intended) between pairing a BT phone to the car and a BMW Assist subscription. They're two different things that are not reliant on each other in order to function properly...
