I just bought an 04 E60 lease return and the Bluetooth option was inactive on the I-Drive when I tried to pair my phone to it. Took it in to the dealer and they upgraded my TCU software to activate the bluetooth option. It paired up with the I-Phone. All the contacts transfered over and the voice dialing & steering wheel button works. Cost me $260.00 but now it all works. Some have paid less and some dealers would not do it for others. The SA was not sure it could be activated but the tech told he he could activated before he started working on it.
