My Ride: 2004 545i SMG / HEAD UP DISPLAY / DYNAMIC DRIVE / NAVI PRO / VOICE CONTROL

just got today BTUM i replaced old Motorola with it, paired with my phone blue lights on, but when i'm going to the iDrive menu i'm getting msg "Mobile phone not installed please contact roadside assistant" trying to call from my phone using BMW BTUM option no sound at all!
TCU part number is 84 11 6 948 921
what should i do? please help!

Did the CPT9000 work prior to the BTUM installation?

Are you sure the BTUM is physically connected to the car?

Are you sure the BTUM and the phone are properly paired?
