I am having problems getting my 6500 classic to work with my 2005 BMW, it now seems that BMW have a fix for this BUT because of there policy they are telling me I will have to pay for this fix.

The comment they made to me was that I was the only person who had ever complained about thier BMW Bluetooth kits in terms of the lack of support for new phones.

Can I ask anyone reading this who has an issue with their bluetooth kit on BMW to ensure that they raise a formal customer service complaint, in the UK the email address is on the BMW web site under customer services.They will tell you that as it not on the Web site as a supported option to go away, however if enough of us complain the message may eventually get through to them that the very limited device support offered is not good enough.

Has anyone else managed to get BMW to upgrade the bluetooth, if so how, as they have now refused to discuss the matter with me any more.
