BMW retrofit....
Hey all! I have a 2005 545i fully loaded with bluetooth and I had BMW take out the factory cd changer and replace it with an iPod interface. That was quite pricy just to be able to play my iPod through the stereo but whatever. Now I want to be able to stream audio from my iPhone (iheartradio or Pandora). Is this possible? If streaming isn't possible cheaply, then can I do it wired? I don't know if the iPod interface allows for aux connections or not.
Thanks!
Thanks!

yes you can stream or do anything you want on the iPhone and the audio will be outputted to your car speakers.
All you have to do is select a song in iDrive from your iPhone and play, then go to your iPhone and choose whatever app, like Pandora, and start playback there.
the iPhone will switch from what ever it was playing to Pandora and all is good
Enjoy!

If i am not mistaken, your iPod interface dont allow bluetooth audio streaming.
The only solution for that is CIC and Combox.
CIC and combox is not an option you can get installed by BMW, since the combox was not put into an E6x
