BMW A2DP Bluetooth Streaming Interface
Can I connect this BMW A2DP to the cable that goes to the CD changer?

How much is it? I havent seen that one before. The ones I found are the Dension Gateway which is around $500 and the android iDrive interface for a bit more.
Edit: I see it uses the AUX connector, not the fiber optic wire for the changer. So I am guessing no steering wheel controls. If thats the case I found something on Amazon that is pretty much the same thing:
