The service bulliten is to back up your claim that it is possible to retrofit bluetooth into your car, they can refrence it to check out your vehicles capabilities. Each dealer is independantly owned and operated so its pretty much a crap shoot what they will charge you but I have seen other threads mentioning about the same price. My dealer stated that they used no hardware in the retrofit of the bluetooth. Good luck
