Recently picked up an 05 530i....
So, after reading as many posts as possible, I toss my cingular Nokia 6230 because Nokia WILL NOT upgrade my phones software. Seems that Cingular has not approved the upgrade, therefore, if I want a phome that integrates easily, I need to get a new one. So I go to Cingular and get a V551 - while I hate flip phones in general, this phone works very easily with the idrive and all is well - kind of- so here is the question....
Is there any way to maintain conectivity to the idrive/bmw system, but use my headset instead of the sound system in the car?
Thanks,
TC
