Hi folks

For those of you in Europe with the Bluetooth option, can I ask for some help? Does anyone experience a glitch whereby some of the *incoming* calls fail to connect when you press the phone button on the steering wheel (or if you use the i-drive). About half the time, the system works as expected. The other half of the time, the car notifies me the there is an incoming call by flashing up the message on the screen, muting the stereo, etc. When I press the button to connect, the phone keeps ringing and the call is not connected. Repeated pressing of the button to make the thing wake up results in a dialogue asking if I want to hang up. Grrrr.

Very frustrating, especially when Chiswick BMW fail to return my calls! Still, I cut them some slack for fixing the a/c.

Very interested to know if others experience the same thing and whether a fix has been forthcoming from BMW. Thx.

Mine also does this (on SW Ver 11). I haven't mentioned it to the dealer yet.

I've had this on a few rare occassions. I'm still waiting for my dealer to contact me regarding the software upgrade that BMW said would be available from the end of April. From other posts it sounds like this will be V.12.
