I heard about the info couple months ago, and it is now reaching August... so will there really be a Bluetooth controller coming out this fall for the e60? What is the real info? can someone please confirm? thanks!!

M?nchen promised me that it will come up in september. Till then i have to use a manual headset??!!

at least you heard something, here in the chicago they are not even giving us a time frame, they once said but the first of next year but september would be nice to see, have a feelin not tho

hmmm... the suspense is killing me... so anything about the Bluetooth controller? is it a reality? any confirmations? are they really building one for e60s?

What do you mean by a bluetooth controller? The E60 already has bluetooth phone connectivity.

I think what he meant was the BT controller can be used or accept other BT devices like future BT iPod, and the like.

We mean a solution for those of us who have build dates before 3/04. Cars built before 3/04 do not have bluetooth unless you replace the TCU unit.

so is it coming out someday? or is it one of those fake rumors? I really really hope they will find a great solution for us early adopters, a controller or device that will benefit current BMWs and previous early models of the e60s...

so what is happening with Bluetooth Controller which someone said earlier which would be a much cheaper way of having bluetooth in the car instead of changing the whole TCU for early car adopters of the e60?
