Had a question..New 06 550 on the way. Getting a new PDA (Samsung or Treo) phone this week. I have heard the Samsung i730 has problems connecting with the BMW Bluetooth system. Have not heard anything about the Palm650. I have the Recommended Bluetooth Phone "Compatibility Test" from BMW and neither phone is listed... Any experience with these phones and their compatibilty??

Well, just checked the bimmerfest forum and found out that NO PDA devices work with the BMW Bluetooth. However, if anyone has any alternate information, I would still like to know about it... Thanks..

Treo 650 works, but not completely and not offfically. Only favorites transfer (not phonebook itself)...but it works fine otherwise (a bit buggy though, but I think that's Palms in general).

I've done a little searching and don't think any samsung phone will work right with the e60's. for now. Tried d500, e720, e730 they all will not work, that sucks because I love the designs and menu fuctions of Samsungs. <_<

I have a Treo 650 and love it, but I can't get it to mate with my car. I have heard that some have had some luck though.

Maybe your Treo should "wine & dine" the E60 first.

My Treo works fairly well, as stated only favorites transfer. I don't think any Microsoft based phones work.
