My new IPHONE 4S will not pair with my 2008/550I. I have deleted the old phone and the car recognizes the new phone. I have followed all the instructions to the letter. BMW says the phone is not compatible, but should allow it to pair and still have limited function. Is there anyone else who has had this issue and can advise if there is any hope for pairing of the phone, thanks Tres.

I can't do anything with my iPhone 4S either on my 5 Series.

I might take it to the dealers and see if they get something established..
