The Storm is relatively slow and the keyboard is not the easiest to use. The re-boot problem seems to have been solved with the newest program update.
It pairs fine with the car. The only issue I have is that it doesn't download all of my contacts. It only goes through the letter "T". I haven't found anything that would limit the number of contacts downloaded that could be causing it. My old 8830 World Phone had the same contact list and I had no issues downloading all the contacts. Weird.
If my company didn't have all Verizon phones (about 20 on a contract), I would switch to the I-Phone on AT&T. Much better applications and graphics.

The Storm is crap. Verizon rushed this out to their customers because they needed to release something to combat many of their customers leaving for AT&T to get the iPhone 3G and the new BlackBerry Bold that was on the way.
This gave them the ability to say don't forget about us. We have this new "touch" BlackBerry. They didn't get all of the bugs out before release. I hate Verizon Wireless...their FIOS does rock though.

The Storm is a poorly designed and executed wanna be Iphone. Get the Blackberry Bold. It is fantastic (although a battery hog).

I had a BlackBerry Storm. It was just ok, until it no longer worked in my car. Changed carriers to AT&T to get the new iPhone, now that doesn't work in my car. Not happy.
Love the iPhone so much more than the Storm, but Verizon has by far the better coverage in my area. I drop so many calls with AT&T.
