Default Aux help

Hey guys,

The story is I have had aux retrofitted into my car by my previous owner and they told me all i had to do was code it. I had my aux coded into my idrive yesterday and when I tested the aux out it didn't work. So today I took apart my trim and tried to see what was the problem. I saw that the aux cable I had seemed to be meant for e39/63. Can anybody tell me if that was the problem? I pulled pulled out the pins from the connector and it has 3 white cables. 1 with a red stripe, another with a brown, and the last one with a blue. Could you guys tell me which one is ground and which one isn't.

Thank you
