i used a Motorola V551 before for pairing my cell phone to e60 car,
but now, i am using HTC Touch which has Bluetooth option, but cannot seem to connect successfully
do i need to do anything to clean my BT connection of previous phone?
please let me know... thanks

I used to use the Touch Pro is that what you are referring to? If so, I would usually just delete the profile from the communications section in the idrive, then pair the new phone. That method worked pretty well. Even if the touch and touch pro are different phones, the basic HTC BT components should be similar in functionality.

i had a touch - the first one not the pro and it worked perfectly. Phone book and everything transferred. I now have the HTC Hero and it works perfectly as well. Like another member said delete your profile on the idrive and start over at step 1. It should work.
