Always empty top 8 list?

For a while now, not sure why, my top 8 list is always empty. I do use my phone. I used to use this list a lot, but for whatever reason, it is now forever empty.

Has anyone dealt with this?

Mine only populates if I dial or pick up via the car.. ie if I phone using the phone itself it doesn't seem to save for me..
