I did a search and didn't find anything on this. When I receive my call, some time the "accept&reject" screen comes up and sometime it doesn't. Do I have the wrong setting somewhere? Any tips to have it shown up alllll the incoming calls? Can someone chime in on this?

If it's intermittent then it's not going to be a setting. There won't be a tick box that says "randomly decide whether to show screen".

If you want any useful answers you need to tell us;

Exact car model, specification, year.
Your location (different countries have different specs).
The type of mobile phone you are using (they have different levels of compatibility).

2004 545i w/ the new updated software....bluetooth enabled......and using iPhone. I am in Southern Cali...

I don't have an iPhone but have seen a lot of people on here talking about them recently, maybe try the search feature and see if anything appropriate can be found. If not, I'd recommend a new post along the lines of "iPhone not working properly with '04 545i" - you'll grab more attention with a detailed subject line.

FWIW, I have a late-production (7/04) 545 with nav and had bt enabled via the latest software update. I am also using an iPhone. I haven't experienced the problem you are referring to. I believe the accept/reject has shown for all of my inbound calls.
