My Ride: 545i Mystic Blue/Black Leather Type 124 Wheels
Went to the dealer today and looked for the adapter.
They have the November update, but all it added was a Nokia 6021 adapter, no 6233
Will have a look again when the december update comes

Checked with my Spanish BMW dealer today, and they did not now about any specific cradle for Nokia 6233. 
Hope somebody can confirm availability with correct part number.

Just returned from dealer
The December 2006 parts programme update contains NO 6233 adapter
So looks like we are going to have to wait some more
