2008 535i phone book problems for Blackberry Storm

Today my screen in the car started showing phone numbers only. It normally shows the name and number. Now it is showing number and number.
I have already deleted the pairing and paired it again, but the same problem is occuring. I have been using it for 2 years with no issues...
Anybody now why this is happening?

have you tried a hard reset/battery pull to you storm? also, perhaps upgrading to the lastest BB OS might help....
