First of all - the car is amazing. Pics later (I have to work and its dark)...
So my bluetooth phone (Verizon v710) notices the car and they pair (I have matched up the pin numbers and the accept each other)... and then unpair...
And pair and unpair and pair and unpair .... you get the idea.
There is no advice in the manual (at all). It seems to have bluetooth functionality but just can't hold the pairing. I know that the v710 is somewhat bluetooth crippled but this "should" work as I am not trying to send objects and it does work in the Acura TL...
Nav and Sat are working together.
The radio reception is awesome and I love the quick autosearch. No RDS as far as I can tell.
The high beams are unbelievable ... I can't believe no one raves about them. No question the best lights I have seen in any car.
Enough - I have to go back out and drive.....

So please tell me, your V710 pairs and unpairs when you get into and leave the car. Does the address book transfer? Have you made a call? Does an incoming call show caller ID on the I-drive screen and mute the radio.
You are the first e60 in the US with the Verizon 710 and BT that has posted to this forum. Awaiting your answer.

Excellent! First off, enjoy the car, but secondly, I think you're the first I've seen truly confirm that he has functioning Sat Radio w/ NAV in a 2005! Unless of course I've missed something. Maybe there is hope yet for a 2004 retrofit.
