Installation is easy, you cut the oem down and weld the new in for the hanging of the pipes see in pic the hooks, also make a search and M-Power was kind to post the install pics and doc. ( he did it himself btw)

535d and 550i is the 90 mm. For 545i as that system is not new, they have the 76mm only and 550i will NOT fit that.

Hamann rims are timeless and do not lose their resale value for everybodys information.
I used to have a euro 850ci 1994 with 18" 3pc Hamann wheels in 1999 (i forgot to mention to atilla)
people would turn around and take pictures old the time when cruising!
so get yourself a set of Hamann`s and start to be a celebrity in your city

for BMW E60
all the petrol or diesels are coming with 76 mm tips, EXCEPT the 535D and 550i as these new pipes are 90 mm.
for M5 and M6 it is a whole system and the 15% off is not applicable thank you
