Al has a Benz and is being vouched for by Vegastrashed who also has a Benz. I have trust issues with Mercedes owners trying to push merchandise on a BMW forum. J/K
Al is one of the guys from Sonic and they've also done all the work on my old 545 as well as my M5.
You shouldn't have any issues with those tires on 10" wide rims sticking past your fenders if the offsets are correct. These guys know what they're doing so I wouldn't worry.

TPM sensors - how will they be affected?

As far as shipping is concerned, we can ship them CAL Overnight for around $150.

it doesn't affect it at all, especially if you drive an earlier model one. If you drive a later model one, you will just have to have your local shop dismount your stock tires, take the TPMS off, and remount them on your new MRR's before mounting the tires. We do it ALL the time.
