Is it possible to make an HID kit for the 2004-2007 Angel Eyes? If so, I would definitely pay for that!!

I am very exicited for my LCI community 
But for 2004-2007 unfortunately it is not possible!

I am very exicited for my LCI community I meant HID Angel Eyes for 2004-2007 years, not LCI. Is that even possible?
