I am inexperience with mod (i.e wheels, etc).

Are these wheels included Tires? Can they be installed at any local auto shop? thanks

I believe, no tires -- wheels only at this price. And I might think twice about bringing it to any local auto shop. You don't want to ruin these beautiful wheels now would you?

This sale is for wheels only.
I would not recommend bringing these wheels to just any tire shop. You'd want to go to a highly trusted wheel shop. One with a Roadforce machine would be best.
