You have posted that people can look back and will not find a single complaint.
As you know, and repeatedly say so in your answers to my posts, that is not true, therefore: dishonest.
Complaints about delivery time are complaints, aren't they?
And those who are currently waiting (some for months) have the same problem: delivery time!
You have given them an ETA in WEEKS. Now it's months!
Having had such issues before, you should have known better when giving an ETA. But, OK, sometimes things go wrong, OK. No problem. Then just tell those people the truth! Don't let them wait and wait and wait without answering to them.
As I said, Tony, I don't care how you run your business.
And AFAIK everybody got his stuff.
This means, you are a legit seller, who is just having some "time" issues.
I am NOT bashing your business, but even if I would do so, this is something a seller has to live with.
