Sam hit it on the head, unfortunately I havent learned the hard way yet so my efforts usually start with money savings, then step 2 is thinking logical and what is best overall for me, car, wife curbing, etc and usually ends with me doing exactly what I wanted and liked in the first place. Costly mistake which is why I have the 20s for sale now so someone buy them so my costly mistake becomes less costly
RC688, are those MRRs on your 6 too. The pic is small but from the angle they look great and XbmwX, I never appreciated the Touring 5 until I just saw your pics and both wheels look extremely good on it Makes me want one of those now.

Here are the pics with 22s back on and lowered via Eibach. After that whirlwind of wheel and tire changes, I am really happy having these back on.

RC688, I am with you on that one and no offense to anyone with 22s on their 6. My friend had an M6 and he put 22s on and while they looked really good, they just looked oversized for the car. 22s fit very well on the 7 because as you said, its a huge vehicle and it looks bulky so it can take them without looking like it is lugging around huge wheels.
When I drove his M6, even with 500HP, the 22s really dragged it down too much and handling wasnt as good. When he put on 20s, it felt similar to the 19s so performance wasnt lost but the look was better.
Your car looks great as is and I wish my lips were chromed like your Asanti, but polished is a close second.

- Good news - Roderick Wheels will be releasing a wheel just like the GT1, but features a "Chrome" Stainless lip with a Machined 2 tone sort of face. All wheels are manufactured with machine face/black windows and a stainless steel chrome lip.
- Bad news - This means that its time to spend some more money on a new set of wheels.
First batch is only in 19"s. 20"s and 22"s will be coming out after that. They will also have an optional Carbon Fiber BMW center cap.
