Remove the lower strut bolt on the rear, loosen the strut from the mount, and lower the car very very carefully.

I think the black inner barrells look supert cleaner. On a brushed face, it really makes the face pop.

Here is a set I did on a E55.

If you are going for pure flash then I say do it. May be a little over the top and take away from the car. i wish you left the chrome trim on your car. Then I would say Chrome face painted lip and black windows

What about without the pinstripe on the lip? Would it be cleaner if the whole outer lip was just solid body color?
