How reliable are the 7 series?
#1
I've been having problem with my 5 series lately especially when it's only 70K miles. Thinking of moving to the 7 series. Have never driven one before since my wife doesn't like large long car. From what I'm reading online so far, it's basically the same engine as my 550. Does it have that infamous transmission slam problem? If there are any other problems I should be aware off, please feel free to let me know. Still debating between the 7 or the CLS 550.
Thank you for your time.
