I recall that back in '01 a lot of people had negative comments on the then new E65 by Bangle. Let's see if this will evolve the same....

A lot of stuff going on on the center console...hopefully the F10 will be less cluttered..
One of the KEY criticisms of the last 7er was the fact that it did NOT have enough direct buttons and that the iDrive was too complicated. Could also be because of the number of options you typically find in a high-end car like this
I have seen the new 7er in real life and really liked the look of it. Its exactly the same as when I saw the E60 pictures for the first time and then saw it in real life for the first time... didn't like the pics, then liked it in real life, then over time just came to love the look of it
I think a number of the sceptics here will change their mind after they've seen it in real life, but obviously not all!

You think so? If it had the same number of options as my car, then yeah, it would seem excessive, but no doubt this car has every option under the sun!

Lot's of people 'hated' the E60 styling when introduced, but now LOVE the styling. Remember the 'I hate Bangle' internet site's?

That is a serious amount of buttons. And some think my car is confusing!
