hello,

someone local is selling a set of BMW style 165 wheels, and according to my research they came off a 7 series, and apparently the 2002-2009 (or whatever the last year was) body style. However, I can't find any information about them, like exact year, model, blah blah.

the only thing i don't understand is that they are 17" wheels, and looking at all the BMW brochures from 2004-current, none of the wheels listed in the brochures are this style or even 17's.

The guy who is selling them local said that they came off his friends 2006 BMW 750Li, and he bought the car in Germany.

any help would be appreciated.

ya, i seen that website too. but there is no exact year. It just says E65. Trying to track down the actual year they came with these. I can't find any 7 series on Ebay or the German Ebay that has these wheels.

well, wheels tend to come with different pkgs and models #'s....

going thru: http://bmwfans.info/

seems these wheels were released for EU not US models. Found it under the 730D,730i for 2004-2007. The 735i as early as 2000...feel free to continue the search...good luck..

The smallest I have seen on the E65/E66 was 18's. Maybe these are originally from the previous gen 7series.
