Will M5 mirrors fit the 645?????NO THEY DON"T

Guys, I am updating this and please learn from my mistake, the base that attaches to the car IS NOT the same on the M5 and M6, so unless I can buy the base and switch the rest of the mirror over then I will be selling these to a 5series guy

The M6 has teh same mirrors as the M5.
M5 mirrors fit on the non M E60, so I assume it is possible to fit the M mirrors on the regular 645i.

Yes it has been done by 645/650 several owners. Over on bimmerfest someone was trying to get a group buy, but I do not think it got anywhere.

I think the M5 and M6 mirrors are selling for the same price, why bother the risk?
