They gave me a 09 328xi today, and man going from a vw to even the 3 series felt so good. VW is a pos lol. I almost had a 4.8i x5 but apparently another SA had it booked for a m5 owner :@ bastards...

The Diff is backordered for atleast 10days I wonder if the 22s will fit the 328? lol

lol good observation

Update... Its not the transmission, they determined it to be the DIFF. New diff on the way from Germany, but not for atleast 7-10 days Looks like no 6 for 2 weeks ish.... They better give me a proper courtesy car. Right now its a VW jetta lol
About a year ago I took my 2006 in for regular oil change and mentioned to the tech the car would make a clunking sound when I stopped or took off. To me it sounded like a u-joint was failing. Since I had planned to wait for the car as it was scheduled in just for an oil change I didn't bother with a loaner. Within twenty minutes the service tech comes up to me and says "we can't let you take the car home. Its too dangerous. We have an X3 for you as a loaner". It turned out to be a differential which ended up being replaced at BMW's expense since the car was still under warranty. Three days later I got the car back and no problems again.
